Bloons TD 6, developed and published by Ninja Kiwi, is a massive 3D tower defense game designed to provide hours of strategic gaming. Players craft their perfect defense by combining powerful Monkey Towers with awesome Heroes to pop every invading Bloon. With over a decade of tower defense experience and regular massive updates, Bloons TD 6 is a favorite game for millions of players.
On my Windows PC, I banked cash and turtled behind early darts until I could roll out Bomb Shooters upgraded to Recursive Cluster. When a MOAB wave hit, I triggered Striker Jones and those clusters erased the push in seconds. On water maps I also rushed a Sub with Advanced Intel, letting it support anywhere along the path. The map variety and upgrade choices kept me engaged, and the difficulty curve felt fair.
Dynamic gameplay and features
The game is packed with content, including 25 powerful Monkey Towers, each with three upgrade paths and unique activated abilities. Players can also utilize 16 diverse Heroes, which feature 20 signature upgrades, two special abilities, and unlockable skins and voiceovers. For those seeking an even greater challenge, the game offers Paragon upgrades. Bloons TD 6 provides endless hours of strategy gaming.
Key features include Boss Events, where fearsome Boss Bloons will challenge even the strongest defenses. In Odysseys, players can battle through a series of maps connected by their theme, rules, and rewards. Contested Territory allows players to join forces with others and battle for territory against five other teams, capturing tiles on a shared map and competing on leaderboards.
Quests delve into what makes the Monkeys tick, crafted to tell tales and share knowledge. The Trophy Store lets players earn Trophies to unlock dozens of cosmetic items that let you customize your Monkeys, Bloons, animations, music, and more. Finally, the Content Browser allows players to create their own Challenges and Odysseys, then share them with other players and check out the most liked and played community content.

Bloons TD 6 also offers a 4-player co-op mode where every map and mode can be played with up to three other players in public or private games. The game can be played anywhere, as single-player offline works even when Wi-Fi isn't available. The game features over 70 handcrafted maps, with more added every update. Players can also use Monkey Knowledge, which offers over 100 meta-upgrades to add power where needed.
Additionally, Powers and Insta Monkeys can be earned through gameplay, events, and achievements to instantly add power for tricky maps and modes. The game contains in-game items that can be purchased, which helps fund development updates and new titles. In-app purchases can be disabled in a device's settings, or players can reach out for support.
